SHIPPING- We will get your order out as soon as possible normally between 3-5 days.
RETURNS- We don't offer refunds or exchange, please choose carefully. If for any reason your product is deemed faulty please contact us at thepartymix@live.com.au and we will happily take care of your enquiry.
PLEASE NOTE- once your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, it is in the hands of Australia Post or our courier company. We cannot control how Australia Post or Sendle handles your order/parcels, however I can control how we pack your order for it to arrive safely. If for some reason you receive your order and it is broken in transit, you can lodge a claim directly to Australia Post or sendle.
